Vuonna 1976 perustettu Scapa Flow julkaisi ainoaksi jääneen albuminsa "Uuteen aikaan" vuonna 1980. Levyn julkaisusta vastasi Kompass Records. Kuten tavallista tuon ajan lahjakkaimmille progebändeille, levy sai kriitikoilta suitsutusta osakseen, mutta ostavaa yleisöä se ei löytänyt.
Vuosien saatossa albumista on muodostunut yksi Suomen kalleimmista keräilylevyistä, jonka cd-painosta on myös toivottu pitkään. Ja tässä se on!
